We’re champions of creativity and collaboration, dedicated to giving our learners the specialist skills and opportunities they need for outstanding careers in digital media and design.The RoleWorking in the Registry Team you will be manage. lead and contribute to the strategic improvement and enhancement of student record systems (SITS), ensuring statutory returns and curriculum management are managed in the most effective way and to oversee the delivery of student data returns, ensuring accuracy of data and timely submission, whilst remaining compliant with statutory regulation.You will work with key internal colleagues on all student statutory returns, which include but not limited to HESA Data Futures, ILR, Aggregate Offshore, Graduate Outcomes, NSSEnsure academic data management in the student records system (SITS), including curriculum management, course and module data and identify support where appropriate and implement enhancements and improvements to the student records systems (SITS) for end users and students to ensure a first-class experience.To provide clear advice and guidance to students, academic colleagues and other professional service teams on issues/concerns/questions that relate to Ravensbourne’s regulatory framework.This is an exciting time to join the Registry team at Ravensbourne as the University is on a rapid journey of significant and positive change.The CandidateThe ideal person will be educated to degree or equivalent, preferably have excellent experience and knowledge of the Higher Education environment, have an excellent track record in working in a Statutory Returns and/or Student Systems environment, experience of managing and leading a team and significant involvement in student records system (preferable SITS) be able to analyse and problems solve, be proactive and motivated to achieve high standards and lead within the Registry department.The post holder will have excellent interpersonal and team working skills and be able to engage at all levels in an organisation.This post is hybrid working.
