Except Germany, Romania, UK 6 months -extendable to 18 monthsJOB DESCRIPTIONRemote role – Applicants from Europe, Asia, or East Coast of U.S are also welcome to apply The Statutory Reporting Manager is responsible for the detailed design of the company’s business processes in the system(s) for the Europe SAP S/4 Hana implementation. As part of the regional European FICO business process team, the process team member actively participates in the analysis and decomposition of business processes, documents the business process requirements, and designs the system enablers to support the organization’s “to-be” process vision. As such, the process team member is the essential liaison between the project and the end users and should be a champion of the solution within the business. The process team member will also be a linkage between the regional project team and global project team. The statutory reporting manager will also aid in the design of reports, forms, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, workflows, and user authorizations. He/she/they would be expected to actively lead and participate in workshops and presentations to validate business processes and solutions with the end user community. He/she/they is also expected to actively participate in the system testing phase to ensure that the system that has been built meets the business requirements. In addition, the statutory reporting manager will partner with the training team to identify business processes and technical system tasks to be documented, provide training and business process input to the end user training team, review training materials, and deliver end-user training to the larger end-user community. The statutory reporting manager reports to the FICO Europe Team Lead. Skills The Statutory Reporting Manager must have: · In-depth knowledge of the company’s business processes in European country statutory reporting and compliance. Some background in country income tax and local tax compliance (e.g., government e-invoicing, statutory fixed asset accounting) is preferred. · Strong analytical skills and the ability to move forward with incomplete information · Strong influencing skills and the ability to present project details to senior management · Experience as a current system user · Respect his/her/their peer group and end-user community for his/her/their knowledge and skills · Empowerment to make decisions on functional, process, or operational changes · Excellent team player skills, with strong oral and written communication skills · Ability to raise relevant issues, drive for solution, and make decisions under time constraints · Experience with system implementations preferred · Experience with conducting presentations and training · Application software skills, including presentation, spreadsheet, and word processing applications · Ability to adapt to changes · Ability to train and/or coach others · Ability to work in a fast paced, hands-on environment · Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task
