Pracuje na podstawie rysunków, szkiców, schematów elektrycznych oraz pisemnych lub ustnych instrukcji w celu zrozumienia i wykonania czynności naprawczych i/lub testowych.Responsibilities:

• Naprawa złożonych mechanicznych i elektromechanicznych zespołów i podzespołów
• Diagnoza, ocena i rozwiązywanie trudnych problemów sprzętowych i operacyjnych
• Wykorzystywanie zaawansowanej wiedzy technicznej wraz ze skomplikowanymi rysunkami, specyfikacjami, wykresami, tabelami, formułami podręcznikowymi i innymi precyzyjnymi urządzeniami i narzędziami pomiarowymi
• Monitoring kwestii technicznych i procesowych oraz pro-aktywne informowanie kierownika i / lub zespół wraz z sugestiami dotyczącymi ulepszeń
• Aktywny udział w ulepszeniu / modyfikacji istniejącego sprzętu i procedur
• Pomoc we wdrażaniu metod i procedur doskonalenia w celu poprawy kosztów i/lub jakości
• Pomoc techniczna mniej doświadczonym członkom zespołu.

Qualifications:

• Wymagane wykształcenie kierunkowe lub równoważne doświadczenie zawodowe
• Minimum 4-6 lat doświadczenia w zawodzie technika napraw
• Dobre umiejętności komunikacji werbalnej i pisemnej
• Doświadczenie w montażu mechanicznym/elektromechanicznym.

Works from drawings, sketches, wiring diagrams and written or oral instructions to understand and perform repair and / or test activity. Ensures work meets established technical, product and quality requirements.Responsibilities

• Provides product repair for more complex mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies.
• Applies technical understanding and experience to diagnose, assess and resolve difficult equipment and operational issues.
• Uses advanced trades mathematic along with complicated drawings, specifications, charts, tables, handbook formulas and other precision measuring equipment and tools.
• Monitors technical and process issues, proactively informing the manager and / or team and offering improvement suggestions.
• Contributes to the enhancement / modification of existing equipment and procedures.
• Assists with implementation of improvement methods and procedures for improved cost and / or quality.
• Provides on-the-job instruction and technical assistance to less experienced team members.

Required Qualifications

• Education or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Repair Technician.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with mechanical/electro-mechanical assembly.
