Whether you’re spearheading smaller projects or lending your expertise to Product Owners, your impact will be felt across the HR landscape, shaping the future of the industry.Key responsibilities:As the primary liaison between IT and HR, you’ll translate strategic HR needs into technology solutions. You’ll lead projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet quality, scope, budget, and timeline requirements. Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll gather, analyse, and prioritise requirements, crafting actionable user stories for the development team.Besides this, your responsibilities will also be to:Implement and optimize new systems for Health & Safety and ESG reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.Serve as the single point of contact for all Workday integrations, collaborating with external vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless functionality.Oversee the operation, maintenance, and enhancement of HR IT services, acting as the service owner and ensuring high levels of user satisfaction.Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, provide updates, and garner support for IT initiatives within the HR domain.Identify and implement improvements to HR IT processes and systems, leveraging the latest technologies and best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness.Who are we looking for?We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst, who excel in business analysis methodologies, translating complex processes into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. Familiarity with SAFe or other agile methodologies is essential. Besides that, you might be an exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for engaging with stakeholders and facilitating consensus. Strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills are key, along with adaptability and a proactive approach to challenges.Qualifications and Experience:A bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field is required. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as an HR IT Business Analyst, including at least 2 years in a senior role.
