Nous recherchons un(e) Stagiaire RH H/F pour nos sites de Touraine.

Au sein de l’équipe Ressources Humaines, vous aurez pour missions principales de :

• Mettre en place des outils d’optimisation et de digitalisation pour la gestion de la formation

• Fiabiliser le suivi des formations sécurité

• Apporter un soutien concernant l’administration du personnel

• Participer aux projets RH

• Travailler sur des indicateurs de performance RH avec analyse associée (absentéisme, turn over, évaluation de formation, suivi de la performance etc …)

Profil recherché :

Savoir-faire :

• Notions en gestion de la formation

• Connaissances d’un SIRH type Workday

• Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques/pack office (Excel en particulier)

• Connaissance sur PowerBI / PowerApps serait un + Bon niveau d’anglais

Savoir-être :

• Force de proposition

• Autonome

• Esprit d’équipe

Diplôme et durée souhaitée :

• Vous êtes étudiant(e) en études supérieures avec une spécialité RH

• Vous recherchez un stage longue durée ou un stage alterné
