Position Summary

The candidate will have the opportunity to support the Nespresso Product Marketing team, and in particular the Coffee Product Manager. The candidate will help the team developing strategies for coffee & support also all the team on day-by-day activities. The candidate will also have the extraordinary opportunity to take an active part in the launch of a new limited-edition coffee in partnership with a prestigious Italian brand aimed at reinforcing Italian identity and coffee authority. The project, born form a local insightful idea, will be led and managed by the Italian market in collaboration with the Global team for a launch in several markets by Q2 2025.

A day in the life of…

  • Constant analysis & monitoring of market data.

  • Identification of category trends and competitor performances, in order to deeply understand market dynamics.

  • Support the design, implementation and monitoring of coffee consumer promo.

  • Support the Coffee Product Manager on implement the coffee strategy and tactics

  • Support the Coffee Product Manager on new product launches

  • Support the Product marketing team on day-by-day activities

What will make you successful

  • Undergraduates or graduates in marketing or economics

  • Good balance between creative and analytical skills

  • Good knowledge of Excel, Power Point and Outlook

  • Passionate about coffee environment

  • Result Focus with self-organization skills (project management)

  • Team player

  • Fluent in both English & Italian
