Job environment

Job title of the line manager: Continuous Improvement Specialist / Continuous Improvement Manager Job title of the functional manager (if any): Group Operational Excellence Coordinator Responsibilities: To lead and coordinate the Operational Excellence team and continuous improvement processes within the entity.

Minimum of 5 to 10 years’ experience in the implementation of continuous improvement processes or in technical (e.g. maintenance) or management (team leader) roles.
