Position Summary

Within the Order Fulfillment Team, which is responsible for stock allocation process of all business categories of Food and Petcare, will support the Order Fulfillment Specialist for Out of Retail sales organization.

Will help identifying best actions required to fulfill customer orders on Italian Market by allocating stock according to materials availability on the logistic Distribution Center to meet customer requirements in terms of quantities, timing and shelf-life requirements whilst minimizing costs.

Collaborates across market functions, such as Demand&Supply Planning and Transportation Hub, to align on actions to mitigate risk and impact, while providing proactive communication to sales in case of foreseen out of stock situations.

Helps analyzing orders portfolio and maintain proper mitigations actions such as maintenance of quota, stock reservations, sales order optimization supporting system parameter changes, including root cause code application.

Monitors target achievements on Service level KPIs (COF and OTIF) and HealthChecks attainment for Order fulfillment function.

Participate to Order Fulfillment operational review meetings and contribute to continuous improvement demand management process.

Participate to two main projects : analyzing operational and process impacts for demand management of One Sales Organization implementation for OOR channel (Stairway Project), follow Dynamic Order Fulfillment initiative by supporting the integration of new IT applications to current system set up.

Key Outputs / Deliverables

• Analyze and evaluate customer orders portfolio;

• Analyze current and future stock situation on two Distribution Centers;

• Allocate proper stock to customer demand;

• Integrate as much as possible controls within Information System applications (Excel and SAP) to reduce manual activities and improve automatism;

• Support Stairway and Dynamic Order Fulfillment Project.

What will make you successful?

• Undergraduates or Graduates in Engineering or Economics;

• Short experience in Supply Chain/Operations is a plus;

• Good knowledge and use of Excel, Power BI (SAP is a plus);

• Strong relationship and communication skills;

• Problem solving attitude and proactive approach;

• Mental agility and insight;

• Fluent in both Italian and English.
