Position Summary

Support Procurement team activities (Service and Indirect Material) to grant smooth operation flow and needs from our stakeholders (business departments and factories). HelpTeam to implement Strategy and collaborate with global procurement organizations.

A day in the life of…

• Support Procurement and Business Partners and Buyer to implement sourcing plans

• Analysis of Procurement processess and KPIS, vendors and invoicing procedures

• Perform operations to ensure compliance to procurement Policy

• Maintain strong relationship within Stakeholders, Procurements Team, specifications, costing and other business needs (national and international stakeholders)

• Contract and Vendor Management

• Supply Relation Ship management (SRM)

What will make you successful

• Curiosity and interest to procurement processes in dynamics Supply Chain and manufacturing

• Strong analysis and problem-solving skills (DMAIC,Five Force)

• Good communication skills

• Italian mother tongue, Fluent in English

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel (macro, power query), PowerPoint, Power BI
