Votre mission, si vous l’acceptez :

Une offre de stage intitulée « Stage en Gestion de projet & réalité augmentée/virtuelle (h/f)» vient de s’ouvrir au sein de Airbus Operations SAS sur son site de Toulouse/Saint Martin du Touch.

Vous rejoindrez le département “Digital Workplace” en charge de la Collaboration Employée, ou toutes les solutions informatiques à disposition de la population Airbus pour collaborer efficacement au quotidien.

Votre stage consistera à:

Intégrer les équipes en charge des solutions de conférence et de salle de réunion d’Airbus, et les aider à définir l’orientation technologique futures de ces solutions, notamment comment et dans quel cadre développer les fonctionnalités d’immersivité, de réalité virtuelle et augmentée.

Ce stage, d’une durée de 6 mois, débutera idéalement en janvier 2026 (cette période est

indicative et pourra être ajustée).

Vos principales missions consisteront à :

• Réaliser un veille technologique des solutions de réalité augmentée et virtuelle, dans le monde des solutions de conférence (Google meet, webex, zoom, …) et de salles de réunion (Google Meet Hardware, Microsoft Teams Room, Cisco, etc.).
• Évaluer les initiatives actuelles d’Airbus en matière de réalité augmentée et virtuelle (rencontre des département en charge, rencontre des équipes métier, …)
• Organiser des rencontres d’idéations entre les différents acteurs des solutions, des éditeurs, des utilisateurs,
• Contribuer à la définition d’une stratégie court, moyen, long terme sur l’immersivité dans les solutions de conférence et salle de réunion.
• Développement des “Proof of concept” (POC) et prototypes

Votre tuteur ou tutrice vous accompagnera tout au long de votre stage, vous aidant à développer vos compétences et à atteindre

vos objectifs professionnels.

Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes :

• Technologies de la réalité augmenté et virtuelle,
• Gestion du cycle de vie d’un produit d’informatique, définition d’une stratégie de développement,
• Gestion de projet,
• Gestion des priorités,
• Développement d’Add-on Google,
• Animation et gestion d’ateliers de travail,
• Gestion des parties prenantes, écoute active, négociation.

Votre carte d’embarquement pour cette aventure :

Vous êtes actuellement en 5ème année d’école d’ingénieur en Informatique/Marketing ou école de commerce ou un domaine équivalent.

Vous possédez idéalement les compétences suivantes :

Your mission :

An internship opportunity titled : «Project Management & Augmented/Virtual Reality (m/f) » has just opened at Airbus Airbus Operations SAS located in Toulouse/Saint Martin du Touch. You

will join the “Digital Workplace department, responsible for Employee Collaboration, covering all the IT solutions available to the Airbus workforce to enable effective daily collaboration.

Your internship will consist in: Joining the teams responsible for Airbus’s conferencing and meeting room solutions and helping them define their future technological direction, including how and within what framework to develop immersive, virtual, and augmented reality features.

Ideally, this is a 6 months internship and it should start in January 2026 (date subject to flexibility).

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Conduct a technology watch on augmented and virtual reality solutions for conferencing software (Google Meet, Webex, Zoom, etc.) and meeting room hardware (Google Meet Hardware, Microsoft Teams Room, Cisco, etc.).
• Evaluate Airbus’ current initiatives in augmented and virtual reality (meeting with the departments in charge, meeting with business teams, etc.).
• Organize ideation sessions with the various stakeholders, solution providers, and users.
• Contribute to defining a short-, medium-, and long-term strategy for immersive features in conference and meeting room solutions.
• Develop proofs of concept (POCs) and prototypes.

Your tutor will support you throughout your internship, helping you develop your skills and achieve your professional goals.

You are currently in your 5th year of an engineering school in Computer Science/Marketing, a business school, or an equivalent field.
