Votre mission, si vous l’acceptez :

Une offre de stage intitulée «Stage en capitalisation de la connaissance customisation de la cabine de la famille A320 (f/h) » vient de s’ouvrir au sein de Airbus avions commerciaux sur son site de Blagnac Wings Campus (Toulouse)

Vous rejoindrez le département « A320 Cabin Definition Management» en charge de customisation de la cabine pour le programme A320.

Votre stage consistera à supporter les activités d’analyse de données pour la gestion de la performance de l’équipe en charge de la définition des cabines.

Ce stage, d’une durée de 6 mois, débutera idéalement en Janvier 2026 (cette période est indicative et pourra être ajustée).

Vos principales missions consisteront à :

• Capturer les besoins de capture de connaissance des Cabin Customization Managers (personnes en charge de la définition cabine avec les compagnies aériennes)
• Comprendre l’écosystème des acteurs et les différentes sources d’informations
• Fournir un rapport de benchmarking sur les solutions existantes sur le marché et disponible dans Airbus pour manager ce type d’information
• Maquetter des solutions pour répondre au besoin de facilitation de maintenance et de recherche de l ‘information
• Mettre en place avec l’équipe les premieres briques sur un cas pilote de la solution choisie par l’équipe.

Votre tuteur ou tutrice vous accompagnera tout au long de votre stage, vous aidant à développer vos compétences et à atteindre vos objectifs professionnels.

Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes :

• Développement d’un état d’esprit orienté données au sein du département.
• Promotion des initiatives autour de l’analyse de donnée au sein du département au delà du périmètre.
• Participation à la définition d’une ontologie pour le programme A320.
• Gestion de projet en méthode Agile.
• Connaissance détaillée de l’activité de customisation d’avion.
• Soft skills tels que communication et gestion des interlocuteurs.

Votre carte d’embarquement pour cette aventure :

Vous êtes actuellement en bac+5 en Analyse de données ou science de données ou un domaine équivalent.

Vous possédez idéalement les compétences suivantes :

Compétences techniques :

• Une première expérience en gestion de projet
• Des connaissance en SQL, HTML et CSS sont un plus
• Capacité à travailler dans un environnement de travail multiculturel et international
• Rigueur, autonomie et fortes capacités à convaincre.

Soft Skills :

• Capacité à travailler dans un environnement de travail multiculturel et international
• Rigueur, autonomie et fortes capacités à convaincre.

Langues :

• Anglais : négociation
• Français : élémentaire

Your mission :

An internship opportunity titled : «Internship capitalization and customization of the A320 family cabin (f/h) » has just opened at Airbus commercial aircraft located in Blagnac Wings Campus (Toulouse).

You will join the “A320 Cabin Definition Management” department in charge of Cabin customization for A320 Family programme.

Your internship will consist in : supporting data analytics activities for business performance management of the cabin definition team.

Ideally, this is a 6 months internship and it should start in January 2025 (date subject to flexibility).

Your main missions will consist of :

• Capturing knowledge capitalization needs from Cabin Customization Managers (team members in charge of cabin definition with the airlines)
• Understanding actors & business ecosystem and the various sources of information
• Deliver an benchmark report on existing solution on the market and available within Airbus to manage this type of information
• Develop a prototype to answer the needs of the team to facilitate the update and search of information in the solution
• Implement on a pilot case with the team the first bricks to demonstrate the capabilities of the solution selected by the team

Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills.

This internship will allow you to develop the following skills :

• Development of data-centric mindset in cabin customization department
• Promote knowledge management in the department and also beyond department perimeter
• Participate to the definition of the reference for knowledge management for A320 Programme.

Your Boarding Pass :

You are preparing a diploma level Bac+5 in Data analytics or data science (or equivalent).

You possess the following competences :

• Technical skills :
• Basic knowledge of project management
• Knowledge of SQL, HTML and CSS is a plus
• Soft Skills :
• Data exploration and quality monitoring mindset
• Able to cope with multicultural and international working environment
• Rigorous, autonomous and with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Languages skills :
• French : Elementary
• English : Negotiation
