Stage 2025 – Stage en Analyse des exigences de Sûreté (F/H)

Une offre de stage intitulée « Stage en Analyse des exigences de Sûreté (F/H) » vient de s’ouvrir au sein de Airbus Corporate Security sur son site de Blagnac. Vous rejoindrez le département «Security Governance Framework » en charge de la rédaction et de l’intégration des exigences de sûreté (cyber-securité et sécurité physique) dans les procédés Industriels d’Airbus.

Votre stage consistera à analyser le portefeuille des exigences sûreté applicables pour en permettre l’optimisation. Vous aurez également à analyser les solutions de conformité existantes fournies par les processus impactés. L’objectif étant de participer à l’amélioration du niveau de conformité de la compagnie à ces exigences.

Idéalement, ce stage d’une durée de 6 mois commencera début 2025

(la période est communiquée à titre indicatif, et pourra être revue). 

Tâches et responsabilités: 

• Étude détaillée des exigences sûreté applicables et à venir
• Proposition d’optimisation des exigences: granularité, nombre, applicabilité et évidences de conformité attendues
• Etude de l’état de déploiement de ces exigences dans les processus Airbus (développement, fabrication …) et plan d’action associé pour améliorer le niveau d’adhésion

Votre tuteur/tutrice vous aidera à identifier vos objectifs professionnels et vous accompagnera dans le développement de vos compétences. Vos principales activités seront les suivantes: 

• analyse de donnée et proposition d’optimisation
• benchmark et animation de réunions d’étude
• présentations des résultats aux équipes impactées

Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes : 

• Data analytics
• Rédaction / esprit de synthèse
• Connaissance de la réglementation sûreté
• Connaissances du système de gestion Qualité Airbus

Votre carte d’embarquement : 

Vous préparez actuellement un diplôme de niveau Bac + 5 ou équivalent dans le domaine de la sûreté ou une discipline apparentée? Vous possédez les compétences suivantes : 

• Cyber-sécurité, sûreté
• Rédaction / Communication
• Gestion de projet 
• Curieux, Envie d’apprendre

Compétences linguistiques attendues : 

• Anglais : négociation
• Français : avancé

We offer an internship: Internship on Security requirements analysis” (m/f) » at Airbus Corporate Security in Airbus Blagnac site. 

You will join the “Security Governance Framework” department in charge of writing and integrating the security requirements (cyber-security and physical security) in the Airbus Industrial processes.

Your internship will consist in analyzing the portfolio of the applicable security requirements to allow its optimisation for better readability and improved adherence. You will also analyse the existing means of compliance as provided by the impacted processes to ensure exhaustive coverage. The objective being to contribute to the uplifting of the level of security compliance by Airbus. 

Ideally, this is a 6 months internship and it should start early 2025 (date subject to flexibility).

Main tasks and activities:

• Detailed study of the security requirements currently applicable and to come soon (i.e. NIS2)
• Proposals for improvement of those requirements for better readability and adherence: granularity, number, applicability, targeted processes, and expected means of compliance
• Study of the current status of deployment of the security requirements in the Company processes (design, manufacturing …) and associated action plan to improve the adherence level.

Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills 

Your main contribution will be the following: 

• Data analytics and recommendations
• benchmark and collaborative workshops organization
• results presentation to impacted teams

This internship will allow you to develop the following skills: 

data analytics

• Technical authoring
• Knowledge on Security regulations (National/International)
• Knowledge on Quality Management System of Airbus

Your Boarding Pass: 

You are preparing a diploma level Bac + 5 in Security (or equivalent), and you will develop the following competences: 

• Cyber-security, security
• Authoring/ Communication
• Project management
• Curious, appetite to learn
• Active listening skills

Language skills : 

• French fluent 
• English :negotiation
