Job Title: Staff Hardware Verification Engineer

Location: Krakow, Poland (On-site)

Type: Permanent

Salary range: 160,000 – 260,000 PLN annually

Approx. EUR36.8k – EUR59.8k annually

-Define and execute RTL verification and coverage strategies for highly parameterised IP
-Develop verification components such as BFMs, monitors, and testbenches
-Build and improve automation, metrics, and verification workflows
-Work with Python, C++, and RTL simulators (Cadence, Synopsys, etc.)What they’re looking for:

-4+ years verification engineering experience
-Strong understanding of SystemVerilog, Verilog, VHDL, SystemC, C++, Python
-Experience with UVM / VIPs / verification infrastructure
-Knowledge of hardware communication protocols (AMBA, OCP, etc.)
-Shell scripting experience
-Curious, autonomous, and quality-driven mindsetCompensation:
