Job Title: Staff Engineer Mixed Signal Layout
Location : Villach, Austria

Job description
In your new role you will:
– Floor planning and area estimation of mixed-signal IP macros and subsystems
– Working closely together with technology development for technology test chips
– Analog full custom layout of mixed-signal IP macros and subsystems
– Layout verification for the IP macros and subsystems
– Active communication and alignment with circuit designers
– Active communication and alignment with subsystem and top-level layout teams to guarantee a smooth integration into their chip top-level
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
– A higher technical school / university of applied sciences degree in -Electrical Engineering or comparable
– At least 3 years of experience in full custom layout
– Good understanding of integrated circuits such as matching, noise, coupling, shielding as well as all kinds of layout dependent effects (LDE) in deep submicron technologies
– Good knowledge of state-of-the-art CAD tools (Cadence, Mentor)
– Unix/Linux OS experience and basic know-how of programing languages (e.g. Skill, Phyton) and scripting.
– Good English skills with German skills as a plus
