Lead Novo Nordisk’s Zero Trust transformation as Senior Zscaler Platform Manager, securing seamless access for 70,000+ users. You will own the Zscaler roadmap and drive adoption across IT, R&D and production. Combining deep technical expertise with stakeholder engagement, you’ll balance usability and security, apply agile and ITIL/DevOps practices, and continuously benchmark vendors to keep the platform best-in-class.
Your new role
As Senior Zscaler Platform Manager, you’ll lead the evolution of our fully implemented Zscaler platform – the primary technology enabling secure application access for all Novo Nordisk users, whether working remotely or in the office. Your mission is to find the sweet spot between usability and security, ensuring we maximize the value of our Zero Trust investment.
Day-to-day your tasks will include:

-Leading a global team of engineers across India, Poland and Denmark, balancing priorities between new features, continuous service improvements and operational tickets
-Managing the roadmap for Zero Trust services in alignment with IT Security, ensuring we deliver stable services that add value to the organization
-Building and maintaining relationships with Zscaler and internal stakeholders across IT Security, Production and Research & Development (R&D)
-Driving product deployment and adoption across 70,000+ users, coordinating activities and managing communication
-Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and optimize our Zero Trust product portfolio
-Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, define features and prioritize based on business needs, security requirements and user feedback
-Monitoring platform performance, collecting feedback and iterating on features to maximize adoption and satisfaction

We’re responsible for Infrastructure Services, Operations, IT Support, Major Incident Management and Digital Workplace Services. Within Infrastructure, our team of 100+ individuals across 10+ product teams manages Cloud Infrastructure, Network Infrastructure, IAM services, Middleware and Applications, Infrastructure Platforms and Infrastructure Expansion Projects. Operating in a truly global environment, we emphasize collaboration and teamwork with colleagues from around the world.
Your skills & qualifications
We’re looking for a Senior Zscaler Platform Manager who can bridge technical excellence with stakeholder engagement. You’ll bring with you:

-A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field, or extensive experience working in IT within an Enterprise organization
-Proven experience as a technical manager with deep understanding of Zero Trust principles and Zscaler platforms (ZTNA, SIA, DLP, CASB integrations)
-Excellent communication and presentation skills – you can explain why ZTNA benefits Novo Nordisk to all user groups, from technical teams to business stakeholders
-Experience working in Agile environments using methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, along with familiarity with product management tools (ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, GitHub or similar)
-Willingness to work with multiple Zero Trust vendors, continuously benchmarking services to ensure we get the right service for the right price
Furthermore, you have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance security requirements with business demands, particularly from developer communities. You have a result-oriented mindset focused on driving product success, user satisfaction and delivering stable services according to ITIL and DevOps principles.
