As Sr. Test Analyst, you help clients transform their business, mostly driven by digital opportunities and technology. In a typical program you are working at the intersection of business and technology with a sound understanding of the business drivers and the capabilities of IT and how testing can contribute to run an organization better or different.
As a Sr. Test Analyst you will perform work under a great leadership of test and program managers, which specializes in test management of large complex and often digital transformation programs at clients. We use a variety of testing Automation tools and frameworks to increase the automation adoption, making sure that the client needs are properly addressed.

Required & nice to have Skills :Must Haves:

• 6+ Yrs of Experience in Quality Engineering / Assurance with at least 1+ years of experience in the Automation testing.
• Experience with gathering and understanding requirements and converting them to test scenarios/test cases
• Extensive hands-on experience with test designing test execution and reporting
• Good to have experience with test management tools like Jira, TFS and Azure Cloud
• Working experience and knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodology
• Drive the automation strategy, quality of deliverables and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Strong Communication written and verbal, good Interpersonal skills.
• Must be fluent in English and Danish verbal and written communication skills

The Sr. Test Analyst is expected to have the following Basic Certifications, added advantage:

• ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL),

Nice to Have/ Your chance to grow

• AI, ML understanding and digital know-how
• Good understanding of testing methodologies (ISTQB, TMap, TPInext etc.)
• University degree
