Our Team:We are a part of EU Pricing & Promo team embedded within the EU Marketing organization and dedicated to supporting promotion-related topics. Our team thrives in an international environment, with members based in various countries and time zones.As part of the EU Promo team, you will play a key role in building and executing promotion strategies across European markets. You will collaborate closely with the EU Marketing team, country leads, and the Category, Pricing, and Finance teams.Our ideal candidate enjoys working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, is proficient in data analysis, and is a strong team player and communicator.If you are passionate about e-commerce business, promotion strategy, and data analysis, and are ready to make a significant impact, we would love to hear from you!What You Will Do:As a Sr. Promo Specialist, your responsibilities will be to provide support in all matters related to promotional campaigns in EU.Your responsibilities would involve developing, recommending and implementing promotional campaign strategy changes covering 15 countries in EU through close collaboration with Product, Pricing, Marketing, and FP&A partners.Two concrete examples that require immediate attention are: promotional landscape scouting; optimization of promo campaigns and risk assessment.

• Development and implementation of regional promotion strategy supporting the Promotions Strategy Lead.
• Collaborates with Pricing team in EU to ensure that product effective price strategy is aligned and regional strategies complement each other. Provides expert support in promotional topics.
• Development and implementation of assortment portfolio projects supporting the Promotions Strategy Lead.
• Implement roadmap for promo optimization and testing for EU.Develop a deep understanding of our promo methodologies and supporting models to figure out optimal promotions for EU.
• Extensive collaboration with team members in the EU Pricing and Promotions Strategy Team (Pricing, Shipping, CI, Consumer, PPAG).
• Design and execution of promotional offers in collaboration with business leads EU. This includes identifying an opportunity, creating a hypothesis, building impact and risk assessments, getting relevant partners onboard with the discount recommendation and implementation.
• Support Marketing GTM partners with BAU tasks and playbook planning.
• Sanity check promo competitive landscape and modeling scenarios to understand profitability impact of discount changes.

• Passion for working with data and automating data processes. Motivated by learning and applying new tools and techniques to their work.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, or equivalent job experience and technical training.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience in SQL and Snowflake strongly desired, experience with Looker.
• Extremely organized and with the ability to work on high impact initiatives that require careful attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence.
• Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative and have high level of ownership.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and meet competing deadlines.
• Native or fluent English skills
