Your new role
As Senior Brand Lead for Metabolic Diseases, you will drive brand strategy implementation, ensuring our innovative treatments reach the patients who need them most. You will be at the intersection of global strategy and local execution, translating complex market dynamics into actionable plans that deliver measurable and impactful results.
Your key responsibilities will include:

-Leading product strategy implementation, ensuring alignment with portfolio goals and global brand vision while meeting local market needs
-Monitoring and analyzing market trends, consumer behavior and product performance, to maintain competitive positioning and identify growth opportunities within the therapeutic landscape
-Designing and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns and high-impact promotional materials that effectively communicate our brand’s unique value proposition
-Evaluating product performance through sales data and customer insights, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement
-Contributing to forecasting and budget allocation, monitoring KPIs and market data, to pivot strategies in response to competitor activity or market shifts
-Creating and executing comprehensive marketing plans for successful product introductions, overseeing promotional initiatives from planning through evaluation
-Leading marketing and promotional excellence through the development of materials that drive customer engagement and prescriber adoption
Your new department
Within International Operations, our Marketing teams are instrumental in bringing life-changing metabolic disease treatments to diverse markets worldwide. You will work alongside talented colleagues who combine deep therapeutic expertise with market insight, translating global innovation into locally relevant strategies that drive prescriber adoption and ultimately improve patient outcomes. In our marketing department, we focus on shaping our commercial approach, collaborating cross-functionally and supporting business development across obesity and diabetes. We serve as a link and guide for the Novo Nordisk portfolio, ensuring we stay competitive in the market. Our goal is to unlock the full potential of our products, by implementing effective marketing strategies and making successful product launches.
Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for a strategic marketing leader who thrives in dynamic, international environments and has a proven track record of turning market insights into business results. You will bring with you:

-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field (Master’s degree is an asset)
-Minimum 5 years of experience in brand marketing, with demonstrated success in translating complex market data into actionable brand plans that secure long-term competitive advantage
-Proven ability to oversee promotional campaigns and sales performance, with measurable results in driving prescriber adoption
-Demonstrated success in launching omnichannel campaigns and creating high-impact marketing materials that drive engagement and adoption
-Strong strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making capabilities, combined with creative problem-solving skills
-Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and work effectively in cross-functional teams
-Customer-centric approach with adaptability, resilience and commitment to continuous learning
-Experience in obesity/diabetes markets or FMCG will be considered an asset
