Then this might be the position for you! We are looking for a new Senior Manager for the Project management office (PMO) in Aseptic Manufacturing) based in Hillerød. Read on to find out more!
The position
We welcome an experienced leader, preferably with knowledge within project management in a production context. As our new Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading the department, while supporting, and coaching four managers in their management and leadership of Project managers.
You will be responsible for:
-An exciting project portfolio designed to meet a growing production site in terms of employees, footprint and production processes, where PMO is leading or taking part of all related projects.
-As a natural part of the project portfolio, you will be in close dialogue with line of business and all levels of management on our production site as well as stakeholders on corporate level.
-Engaging in developing, maturing, and strengthening our ability to support production by running projects efficiently.
Recently we have opened a brand-new Filling facility with state-of-the-art isolator technology, where we foresee a lot of exciting projects supporting the ramp-up and introduction of new products. On top of that we are expanding the site within Warehouse, Material handling and Finished production to launch the newest treatment in Diabetes and Obesity care. Qualifications
-You have at least 5 years of experience as Leader and people manager, preferable as leader for leaders.
-Good communication skills with experience of working cross functionally and building relations with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
-Interest in Project portfolio management.
-Fluent, spoken and written, in English. Danish will be considered highly beneficial but not a requirement.
On a personal level, you are pro-active, curious, and great at handling stakeholders. You have a structured approach to your work, and you can juggle several tasks while prioritizing your efforts optimally by keeping the bigger picture in mind.
About the department
The PMO is placed within Production Support at our site AM HI, a production site which is part of our global production division; Product Supply – counting close to 14.000 employees worldwide. Production Support consists of 100 highly qualified employees with a multitude of professional backgrounds, all with the common purpose to support our production and implementation of Novo Nordisk strategies within AM HI. The site relies on a brand-new Aseptic Production as well as Assembly and Packaging lines, Material handling and Warehouses. Here we produce Diabetes and Obesity products 24/7, which are continuously distributed to patients worldwide.
The PMO department consists of four Associate managers each with a team of highly skilled Project managers or other project related employees including Project portfolio managers and Shutdown managers. Additionally, you will have one Senior Project manager in direct reference. The total size of the department will be approx. 50 employees, when the planned recruitments in 2024 have been completed.
The PMO department is responsible for:
-Project Execution in production as well as support areas
-Project portfolio management incl. budgeting, reporting, and controlling
-Shutdown management
-Maintaining and developing the Project Execution model incl. standards, processes, and competences
-Project validation strategies
