What your role will be?Collaborating with our cross functional teams, and reporting to the Sr Director, Regional Sales, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Design and develop comprehensive enhanced training programs that focus on commercial and soft skills for the Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Assess Sales Skills / Soft Skills & existing capabilities in the Sales organization EMAPA: work closely with Commercial Excellence (ComEx), Learning & Development (L&D) and Sales Managers/Leaders to identify gaps and align on training requirements.
  • Develop and implement a Sales Skills / Soft Skills effectiveness training plan.
  • Ensure training programs are aligned with organizational goals and individual development plans.
  • Ensure a strict Train the Trainer approach in the selected program implementation & engage Front Line Managers with Train the Trainers methodology.
  • Identify, develop, track and monitor key KPIs for Sales Skills training programs.
  • Conduct periodic training (ongoing development) need analysis for alignment business needs.
  • Gather relevant intel about and know business, market and development trends and build them into training programs.
  • Organize and coordinate Sales Force & Marketing Effectiveness training programs for new starters.
  • Develop and implement a curriculum for continuous Sales skills training that is tailored for countries and sales representative/marketer expertise.
  • Consider conducting in-field sales assessments to ensure the key learning outcomes are being successfully implemented by the sales force and marketers.
  • Monitor and evaluate each training program. If necessary, adapt the training in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment.
  • Manage training programs within budget.
  • Ensure all assessments and certificates are in line with quality and compliance procedures.
  • Present new ideas for training to keep training centre in touch with technology advances.
  • Act as a representative of the company towards third parties.
  • The role will act as a key member of a collaborative sales-efficiency team, consisting of colleagues in Sales Excellence team, in Ansell Services team and members of commercial leadership as well as HR/L&D team.

What will you bring to Ansell?

  • Demonstrated experience in a training environment, experience in a multinational company, preferably in the Healthcare Industry / B2B
  • Recent and fluent experience in Modern Sales Analytics; Data-driven target- and opportunity- identification models
  • Knowledge of experience with basic SFA (Salesforce Automation) elements: CRM, SFE tools & processes
  • Know-how to deliver training via various methods: Instructor Led Training, blended/hybrid learning, virtual classrooms
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills with ability to prioritise
  • Autonomous with ability to work in a team & collaborative environment.
  • Languages: Fluent in English (written & spoken), any other languages a plus
