Sr. Manager, Cloud and Data Sales Specialist

Position Overview

The Sr. Manager, Cloud and Data Sales Specialist leads a team focused on driving business opportunities within Mid-Market priority accounts. The team aims to deliver customer value in Product Data and Lifecycle Management, setting the stage for the Fusion Industry Cloud. This role involves prospecting, leveraging leads, and converting opportunities into business projects that exceed Autodesk’s goals.

This position reports directly to the Senior Director Field Sales and can be hybrid or remote, depending on location.

Responsibilities

· Team Leadership : Guide and mentor the team in building relationships, documenting customer business initiatives (CBIs), and developing strategic customer plans

· Coaching: Coach team members to prioritize business initiatives, conduct analyses, present ROI, and align initiatives with customer goals

· Customer Relations : Develop team skills in providing personalized solutions, understanding customer needs, and introducing Autodesk’s Cloud, PLM, and PDM offerings

· Negotiations : Support the team in reaching agreements on terms, pricing, and delivery schedules. Oversee proposal preparation and submission

· Strategic Focus : Identify and prioritize customers likely to buy Autodesk’s solutions. Balance opportunity value, customer needs, and deal velocity to meet revenue goals

· Sales Metrics: Track and analyze sales data, report to leadership, and monitor team and division performance

· Strategic Planning: Develop and execute plans to drive new business in Mid-Market, ensuring the team works effectively with prospective accounts across EMEA

· Collaboration: Foster collaboration within the team and with Autodesk’s Industry Strategy, Technical Sales, partner management, and Marketing teams

· Market Insight: Keep abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitors. Communicate significant changes to leadership promptly

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience in SaaS sales and leading a SaaS Sales Team

  • Proven track record in leading sales teams and achieving sales targets

  • Strong understanding of Cloud, PLM, and PDM solutions

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Willingness to travel as needed
