Job Description:
DXC Technology Italy is looking for a Senior Healthcare Consultant.
Successful applicants will be part of Consulting Practice Healthcare & Local Government industry and will be involved in several engagements aimed to support our clients (Public and Private) during their Digital Transformation Journeys.
In Consulting we partner with all the DXC capabilities to co-create innovative solutions and to improve our customers and employees’ experiences, design and implement differentiated products and services, smart processes, and efficient technology platforms. We turn our client’s complexities into value, through agile governance programs and change management frameworks.
Responsibilities:
- Design of “IT Architectures” and “IT Frameworks” (Organizations and Processes)
- IT Cost Benefits Analysis in HealthCare or public administration domains
- Analysis and Redesign of HealthCare or public sector processes
- Market analysis in order to support the building of partnership for new services
- Drafting of project documentation (technical and functional)
- Take part in large Digital Transformation engagements with cross-functional teams
- Contributes to project methodologies, tools, and workstep execution
- Contributes to client management and relationships building
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Computer engineering, Management Engineering, Statistics and Mathematics
- Min 5 years of experience in Management Consulting domain (HealthCare or Public Sector);
- A proven passion for one of the areas explained above
- Italian mother tongue and Good English (both oral and written)
- The ideal candidates should have a Good relational and Analytical skills, proactivity, and ability to work in teams; availability to travel and focus on the goals.
Location: Rome with remote work possibility
