Your new role
As a Senior Global Leadership Development Manager, you will:

-Deliver and execute leadership development priorities within assigned EVP/SVP areas or geographies through interventions for leadership teams and larger groups of leaders.
-Design and facilitate interventions using sparring, facilitation, coaching, and consultation to build leader capability in line with enterprise expectations.
-Act as the primary point of contact for designated EVP areas or geographies to support Lines of Business (LoB) and local People & Organisation (P&O) teams in developing and delivering contextualised leadership development solutions.
-Implement global processes, development offerings, and standards locally, adapting global content to local contexts while maintaining alignment with global leadership frameworks.
-Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify leadership capability gaps and co-create targeted interventions.
-Lead innovation in leadership development by identifying, piloting, and scaling new learning approaches.
Your new department
You will be part of Novo Nordisk’ Global Leadership & Learning Center of Excellence, joining the GlobalLeadership Execution team, which consists of 10 dedicated colleagues situated both in our HQ and in different locations around the world. Based in a dynamic and collaborative environment, our team works closely with global stakeholders to shape Novo Nordisk’s leadership; equipping leaders at all levels to champion change, turn strategy into real results and build an engaging learning environment for all.
Your skills and qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

-A Master’s degree in business, HR, Psychology, or a similar field.
-+10 years of proven HR experience in two or more specialised HR functions (e.g., talent development, leadership development, learning & development, performance management, HRBP).
-Strong expertise in partnering with HR business partners and line leaders to design and implement solutions.
-Experience in leadership development and/or business HR consulting.
-Effective communication skills, including written, oral, and presentation skills.
– Strategic thinking, stakeholder influence, and relationship-building skills.
-Cultural intelligence and adaptability in a global and matrixed environment.
Nice to have: – Experience from geographical areas other than your home country. – Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in learning science, talent strategy, and effective measurement of leadership development. – Leadership experience and experience leading organisational transformation work across stakeholder matrices. – Strong coaching skills, process facilitation skills, and practical experience working with team development. – Data-driven decision-making and evaluation skills.
