Your role at Dynatrace

At Dynatrace, we’re building a platform to enable our customers to write their own application on top of our high-throughput database backend, so that they can choose what they want to do with their data without being restricted by a fixed UI. This platform needs a framework that is built of Java microservices on the one hand, and react typescript components on the other.

Your role would be as a full-stack developer in one of these platform teams, working on all parts, from the service accessing the various cloud ecosystems, to the java code serving the REST API, to the frontend components or applications using typescript react.

Your role as a Fullstack Engineer

• Design and develop scalable backend services using Spring Boot & React / Typescript
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and engineers across many different locations to deliver high-impact features
• Tackle complex challenges in distributed systems, performance, and data visualization
• Actively participate in code reviews, learn from others and share your knowledge
• Develop your skillset and help mentor team members

What will help you succeed

• 3+ years of experience in full stack development with strong skills in React, Typescript, Java, and ideal Spring Boot.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design, microservices, and cloud-native architectures
• Experience with large-scale systems and performance optimization
• Proven and demonstrable track record of delivering on product features
• A proactive and enabling mindset and a passion for clean, extensible and maintainable code
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Compensation and Rewards

We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 60,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
