As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated Architect or similar within building construction and facility management who will be the advisor to the partners across building expansion projects.The Role and TeamOverall, you will be a part of the Facility team which consist of 10 people, highly skilled within each of their areas. The different areas of responsibility in the Facility department are Building support incl. facility maintenance, canteen-, gowning-, cleaning services, pest control and fire safety.Daily you will be working in close relationship with and teaming up with the Global SME (Subject Matter Expert) on the large CAPEX Projects.Additionally, you will be responsible for driving and implementing GMP- and NON GMP changes related to expansion projects in direct connection with the existing operations. This means that you should thrive with having many different stakeholders, and it is expected of you to know how to navigate in a changing and complex project landscape.On a person level our internal department workday is open, friendly, humorous, and relaxed. We meet with each other in social events and have the possibility to work from home, all dependent on nature of tasks and program.Responsibilities

  • Act as Facility Management Engineer and be a part of building expansion projects in close collaboration with internal and external construction stakeholders and other facility SME’s.

This involves being an advisor and taking part in review meetings and area walks (building handover) * Be a delegated change owner responsible for implementing changes within the architecture package (doors, ceilings, facades, and other surfaces) with a focus on functionalities, building maintenance, and operational flows. This includes documentation of changes and ensuring that the process is in full compliance with Quality, Safety, and GMP standards.

  • Drive various project coordination tasks

Requirements

  • Education as Architect or engineer
  • Experience in Facility Management within Life Science is preferred.
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to resolve problems.
  • Good understanding of Facility Management processes and concepts
  • Expertise in dealing with complex and sensitive issues related to manufacturing & quality topics.
  • Solution-oriented and pragmatic
  • Knowledge of GMP is an advantage.
