We are looking for a Back-end Developer to join our Digital Lab team.Mission of Digital Lab is to explore potential of new technologies (Cloud, AI, HMI) to produce digital MVPs and deliver new services to ADM users (internal and/or external)The role of the back end developer is to create, maintain, debug and test components and features on the server-side (the core application logic, data and application integration and APIs) indirectly accessed by ADM users through a front end application.A successful candidate will knows how to analyze user needs to ensure a positive user experience and deliver business value.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelopment of all server-side logic for MVPsDesign the interchange of data between the server and the usersWrite the web services and APIsEnsuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end (a basic understanding of front-end technologies is therefore necessary as well)Monitoring and maintaining APIsResponsible to transfer the back-end solution once MVP is doneSupport handover team to scale back-end solution at production levelProduce all required documentation to explain logicAchieve high-quality code (readable, scalable and easy to maintain)Develop several MVPs in interaction with other teamsWork closely with Digital Lab Team / GT Teams / Projects Teams and UsersCommunicate around your solutions and present them to other developersTest your solutions with UX/UI and usersWork on agile mode and coordinate daily with Scrum Master during projectsJob requirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field5+ years of experience in back-end developmentMust have 3 years of experience with Cloud platform (preferred Azure)Thorough understanding of RESTful APIsProficient knowledge of a back-end programming language (Python)Optimization of the architecture/code for maximum speed and scalabilityImplementation of best practices in terms of security and data protectionBuilding reusable code and libraries for future useProficient understanding of code versioning tools (GIT)Proficient understanding of CI/CD within Azure DevOpsImplementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
