Then this is your chance to join us for a life-changing career!The positionAs (Sr.) Data Analyst within Site Collaboration product suite, you will play a pivotal role in driving the generation, analysis and reporting of data from our various site facing products, with the aim of making better and more data driven decisions in our development of digital site facing products.Within the Site Collaboration product suite, we develop, implement and maintain products that enable among other document sharing between Novo Nordisk and clinical trial sites (clinics or hospitals in 55+ countries), training in systems and processes used in our clinical trials, and benchmarking data on recruitment and retainment of patients.We work using agile methodologies in the product teams and expect you to be well-versed in agile practises such as product discovery and delivery.In this role you will:

  • Lead the analysis of data using statistical techniques to drive insights, provide reports on ongoing basis and guide key decisions during the development, implementation and maintenance of digital products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to define data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain data analysis strategies that align with the strategic goals set by business owners.
  • Communicate data insights and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Continuously gather and analyze stakeholder feedback to inform data-driven decisions.

As the number of trials and new therapeutic areas are increasing there will be more sites enrolled at our clinical trials in the future. Efficiency and high-quality support is essential to enable high site performance and ultimately get products approved faster and made available to patients.Qualifications
To be successful in this position you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role in the analysis of data for business insights complemented by strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Experience from regulated industries is a plus.
  • Demonstrated understanding of and experience with modern data analysis techniques and methods.
  • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions (including A/B testing).
  • Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
  • Fluency in English is a prerequisite.
