We seek an experienced Sr Content Marketing Manager to lead the demand generation Content Strategy, SEO content, multi-channels and personas content development among other activities. You are data-oriented, flexible and have a high sense of ownership. You will drive the content marketing strategy so more companies have the right data to act on their climate risk assessment.Your Experience & ImpactYour role as a Senior Content Marketing Manager will be critical in establishing Mitiga’s brand and presence as the industry leader in physical climate risk.​Develop a content strategy that aligns with Mitiga’s growth goalsConduct SEO research to optimize content for conversions and ensure visibility in search engines.​Create a specific strategy for each communications channels, identifying key platforms for content distribution.​Plan and coordinate content content creation aligned to persona and buyer journey – including landing pages, case studies, blog posts, ebooks, infographics, newsletters, one-pagers, and more.Implement tactics for testing content effectiveness across channels.​Create and publish high-quality content that resonates with our ICP (verticals / industries) and drives lead generation.​Monitor content performance metrics for improvement and optimization.​Collaborate with sales and product to ensure content supports overall business objectives.​Look for content opportunities to maximize reach and impact.QualificationsMinimum 5 years of Content Marketing Management experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in climate, renewables, policy, insurance or tech.Experience with content marketing and SEO tools, such as Semrush, Google Search Console, and othersInnate ability to understand complex, scientific and technical product, and develop a human-centric view that is simple to understand and efficient.Ability to be strategical and hands-on at the same time and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Strong experience in creating copy for PPC and SEM campaignsExperienced in copywriting​ with strong project/program management skills.Proven track-record in SEO Content Strategy​ and performance monitoring and improvement.Strong empathy for the customer, user-centric mindset, experienced in collecting and utilising market trends and insights​.Experience working with Hubspot and a CMS tool such as Webflow or otherYou have strong leadership attributes and are not afraid to lead the conversation.Excellent collaboration and influencing skills, leading from a Thought Leadership perspective.The ability to work well within and across teams, and give and receive constructive feedback.Native-level English speaker – an absolute must.Additional languages on a professional level -a plus.DiversityA recent study shows that one in every 10 tech workers in Spain are women.
