This is an opportunity for you to be part of the team that expands the Reddit footprint: design the strategy, develop a strong book of business, and bring the magic of Reddit into the EMEA markets! We’re looking for sharp, positive and motivated self-starters to help us build this team further! New Business Client Partners will be responsible for seeking out new high-potential clients and building the foundation for mutually beneficial, long-term partnerships by aligning your clients’ company goals with opportunities on the Reddit ads platform.This role is required to work in person from our Amsterdam office a few days a week. Reddit offer a generous relocation package for those outside the Netherlands.Core Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to new clients, establishing mutually beneficial relationships and educating them on Reddit and the Reddit ads platform
• Act as the CEO of your book of business, and take full ownership of strategic bets, revenue forecasting, and ensuring operational rigor
• Work with Sales Ops Lead to develop a book of business and outbound sales pipeline
• Communicate feedback on our sales processes, narratives, and products in order to advocate for customers and improve the team’s effectiveness and efficiency
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Account Executives to build mutually beneficial partnerships between your customer base and Reddit
• Have relevant experience using new business tools such as zoominfo, LinkedIn, Salesforce

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of relevant experience in online media sales (platform experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of the media landscape and broad network of clients in the Nordics
• Fluent in English (plus fluency in one of the Nordic languages would be an advantage!)
• Users-first orientation
• Positive outlook, team player
• Demonstrated high achievement against sales targets
• Motivated self-starter who thrives in unstructured environments
• Experience with and passion for new business acquisition with proven equivalent work experience
