The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Sr. Business Analyst -Business Analytics to join our team, focusing on Europe and Asia. As a Sr. Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the development, implementation, and oversight of contract compliance for Avantor Services’ global customers, ensuring the highest quality of services and customer satisfaction. Your analytical expertise will be instrumental in providing valuable insights to internal stakeholders, elevating our reporting and analytics offerings, and contributing to data-driven decision-making processes.
What we’re looking for
Education: College degree – BA or BS degree in business, information systems or computer science from an accredited college or university
Experience: Intermediate applicable experience, preferably in project management and/or business analytics
Collaboration tools: Experience in tools and systems, specifically PowerBI, Power Query, DAX and on MS SQL Server
Qualifications:
- Ability to build automated reports and dashboards with the help of Power BI, Tableau, and other BI solutions tools.
- Familiarity with data Engineering, Scripting, and automation
- Experience in Excel (advanced) required, Power Query, PowerBI, and DAX and SQL preferred
- Strong project management skills
- Interpersonal communication skills are crucial
