Job Description:

DXC Technology is looking for SAP HR Consultant

You will contribute to the double digit growing of SAP Business Group (SBG) by giving your support on the generation of new opportunities for actual and new clients.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain SAP HR module in alignment with client requirements
• Apply strong consultative & progressive solution techniques to shape, interpret and help define client requirements to ensure they address business goals
• Act as SAP business consultant working on the migration or optimization projects

Requirement

• Proven experience with SAP HR.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
• English Level: Intermediate

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Public Administration, or related field
• SAP certification in Financial Accounting

Work Location: Rome with Smart working possibility.
