Responsibility and tasks
-Responsibility for month end reporting with cost/revenue accruals and follow up of forecasts for business unit/projects
-Responsibility for creating budgets/forecasts, reporting and follow up a specific cost/profit center/ business unit/project.
-Monthly variance analysis and profitability reporting.
-Actively participate in tenders and contract reviews
-Finance advisor for the operational organization, including financial training.
-Calculate and maintain internal cost rates.
-Ensure compliance with procedures and processes.
-Process improvements.
-Participate in quarterly audits, – external and internal
-Due to occasionally tight deadlines, it is important that you are flexible and willing to adapt to deadlines and everyday challenges.
Qualifications and experience

-Minimum bachelor within finance and accounting
-2 – 5 years relevant experience with finance accounting/project control, preferable from the oil industry
-Good Excel skills
-Proactive and highly developed communication and cooperation skills
-Detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy in combination with the ability to look at the big picture
-Fluent in both Norwegian and English, both oral and written
-Good analytical and problem-solving skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
