This role will have a specific focus on community programming, leading on the areas of: school’s outreach, holiday camps, after-school and weekend children’s sessions, children’s parties, as well as community development objectives associated with the Essex Rebel’s women’s and men’s basketball team operations.Skills and qualifications requiredYou should be educated to degree level in a sports-related field (or have an equivalent level of experience, alongside previous experience of working in a sports environment – ideally with children – either through paid employment or in a voluntary capacity). You must also possess excellent communication, interpersonal and organisation skills and be able to balance a diverse and varied work programme to meet multiple key performance indicators (KPI’s).
