Job description

Zakres obowiązków:

• The daily execution of customer orders in SAP, order management & fulfillment
• Coordination of the entire order delivery process in SAP: master data, pricing, availability, changes, deliveries, incidents
• Delivery management and daily contact with mother plants & warehouses located in Europe
• Claim management
• Management of invoices and credit/debit notes
• Price maintenance in SAP
• Timely responding to various queries and ad-hoc requests affiliated with order management, assisting customers in solving problems and incidents
• Building long-term relations with customers and internal stakeholders

Oczekiwania:

• Very good knowledge of Italian, English and Polish
• Experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Logistics, Planning / Stock Replenishment or similar areas
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Export knowledge and sea container process would be an advantage
• Team work and problem-solving attitude
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of SAP will be an asset
• Very strong communication skills and pro-client attitude
