• Generate and analyze reports for the Marketing – Strategic Insights team based in the markets. These reports help stakeholders create actions to help achieve company business goals and targets
• Ensure completeness of documentations
• Implement Continuous improvement initiatives to make current reporting processes more efficient and accurate
• Perform quality checks via control points to ensure accuracy of reports delivered
• Aid Center Process Manager in reviewing new market requests

• Education: Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Mathematics, Statistics
• Fluent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
• 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG industry
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PPT
• Experience in data visualization
• Good communication, presentation and analytical skills
• Nice To Have: Power BI/ Macro / SAP /SQL

• Hybrid work (once a week from the office in Warsaw)
• Contract of employment
• Flexible working time (8:00-18:00)
