You’ll work alongside autonomous, diligent, and communicative teammates.You’ll provide critical support during major special process quality crises, offering clear problem analyses and actionable solutions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (project managers, quality assurance, production), control external communications, and much more.You’ll specifically take care of conducting root cause analysis, managing risks, and presenting options to resolve crises, but also ensuring the integrity of external communications.We’ll look to you for:Expert analysis and crisis resolution strategiesEffective control of external communicationsParticipation in workgroups and innovation initiativesProviding training and sharing knowledge with colleaguesUpholding the highest standards of our special processesEngagement with continuous improvement practicesAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
