- Collaborating with Teachers: Work alongside classroom teachers to implement personalised education plans tailored to each student’s specific needs.
- Creating Engaging Learning Experiences: Assist in the preparation of specialised materials and activities designed to make learning accessible and enjoyable for every student.
- Providing Direct Support: Offer one-on-one or small group assistance to students facing challenges such as learning disabilities, autism, or emotional and behavioral difficulties.
- Promoting a Positive Classroom Environment: Contribute to an inclusive and supportive atmosphere where every student feels safe and valued.
- Supporting Student Achievement: Help students reach their academic and personal goals by implementing individual education plans (IEPs).
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong commitment to supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Previous experience with SEN or working with children is beneficial but not essential—we welcome those eager to learn and grow in this field.
