Your future role Reporting to the Project Management Installation and Commissioning Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of industrial projects. You will be involved from the validation of custom machine orders by your industrial clients to the commissioning at the client’s site. More specifically, your role will consist of: Planning, coordinating, and monitoring the progress of projects in close collaboration with the various departments involved and the factory, up to the shipment and installation of equipment at clients’ sites Analyzing risks and opportunities related to projects in terms of quality, cost, time, and performance, and implementing necessary measures to manage deviations from the contract Mobilizing teams to find suitable solutions that best meet clients’ needs Participating in the drafting of specifications and technical requirements Providing regular reports on project progress to stakeholders Your future work environment Thanks to our team’s flexible and agile approach, this role can be performed remotely As this position is primarily dedicated to French clients, you are ideally based in France Travel within Europe to client sites, the headquarters in Eersel (Netherlands), and the factory in Parma (Italy) will be required – 30 to 40% of the time Required skills With a higher technical education related to our types of projects – mechanical, automation, robotics – you have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the field of special machinery or packaging As the primary contact for our French clients, you are fluent in French Integrated into an international team, you speak and write English fluently – Dutch is a plus You are familiar with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or similar software You are capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines You have strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional team management skills You possess good problem-solving abilities and can work both independently and as part of a team Have we piqued your curiosity?
