Job Title: Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA)Location: Luton, United KingdomSalary: £85 – £95 per dayWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) to join our team in Luton. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, starting immediately.Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.
• Provide one-to-one support to students with SEN, ensuring their educational and personal needs are met.
• Support the classroom teacher in planning and delivering tailored lessons.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
• Collaborate with other members of the SEN team, teachers, and parents to monitor student progress and implement appropriate interventions.
• Promote independence and confidence in students with SEN.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with students with special educational needs is essential.
• A compassionate and patient approach to supporting students with diverse learning needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are desirable but not essential.
