• Create intuitive and user-friendly designs for new features based on requirements from the product team.
• Ensure designs align with existing company design standards and contribute to their evolution as necessar.
• Maintain version control of Figma mockups, including managing freezes and ensuring documentation of all updates.
• Collaborate with the product owner to develop comprehensive technical specifications for the development team.
• Clearly describe design logic, interaction behavior, and outcomes of user actions (e.g., what happens when buttons are clicked etc).
• Ensure all aspects of design behavior are thoroughly documented, leaving no functionality or interaction unexplained.
• Maintain consistent communication with the product owner and project manager throughout the design process to address feedback and align on goals.
• Stay informed about best practices in usability, accessibility, and perceptivity to ensure designs are inclusive and user-centric.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Strong graphic design skills with the ability to create visually appealing interfaces, including layouts, typography, and visual elements.
• Understanding of design systems and component-based design principles.
• Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-platform compatibility.
• Strong communication skills to present and justify design decisions effectively.
• Ability to balance user needs with business objectives and technical feasibility.
