Job Description:An opportunity for Spares Customer Services Logistics Operations has arisen within Airbus defence and Space in Tablada, Sevilla.
RESPONSIBILITIES– Ensure and “End-to-End” visibility of the Logistics Process, regarding Spares Warehousing Processes– Control and monitor the performance for subcontractors of spares services provided to Customer Services Logistics Operations– Control the performance of the Logistics Service Supplier, especially for the spares services (critical activity), ensuring the fulfilment of the tough targets set up by Customer Services– Collaborate with the Logistics Service Provider in the identification and implementation of process improvements, ensuring successful deployment by rising risks and escalating blocking points– Assess the performance of the Logistics Service Provider on a regular basis and propose corrective actions based on the situations encountered.– Attend and organize regular meetings with the Logistics Service Provider coordinators to discuss results of KPI performance and to follow-up the impact of corrective/improvement actions proposed to achieve required targets.– Contribute in the establishment of the ADS Customer Services Logistics Network in the different subsidiaries and logistic hubs around the world.– Validate the KPIs reported in the Logistics Operations Dashboard, follows up them & control possible deviations, rising risks to the Logistics Operations Manager.– Validate the costs reported by the Logistics Operations Service Supplier, follow up them & control possible deviations, rising risks to the Logistics Operations Manager.– Provide adequately support other CoCs within Material Services– Apply the current associated tools to manage all activities related to supplier managementWHICH BENEFITS WILL YOU HAVE AS AIRBUS EMPLOYEE?At Airbus we are focused on our employees and their welfare.
