For this role we are looking for someone that is a Native Spanish speaker based in Spain and must have a Spanish accent, at this time we won’t consider candidates from LATAM.Los horarios de trabajo para este rol son:Lunes a sábado de 11 a 14

33 horas totales a la semanaResponsibilities:

• Will be responsible for handling key operational tasks, managing the company’s online communities, and ensuring smooth communication with users via email and platforms such as Discord and Telegram.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to customer emails.
• Conduct web page analysis and create practical guides for users (approximately 3 hours of daily tasks).
• Manage and moderate Discord and Telegram communities, maintaining a friendly and organized environment.
• Collaborate with the team on other operational tasks related to the company’s daily activities.

Requirements:

• Must be over 25 years of age.
• University degree or equivalent education.
• At least 1 year of prior experience in similar roles.
• Positive attitude, with strong and friendly communication skills.
• Previous knowledge of WordPress and Elementor.
• Native-level Spanish (from Spain) and minimum English proficiency.
• Previous experience as a virtual assistant in business roles.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
