OBJECTIF DU POSTE :
Le/La Intendant Spa / Maître-nageur a pour fonction d’entretenir, nettoyer les parties publiques et communes du Spa, d’accueillir et d’orienter la clientèle, ainsi que d’assurer la sécurité des personnes et des biens sur le site du Spa.
Il/elle doit faire preuve d’un très bon esprit d’équipe, être flexible sur les horaires en fonction de l’activité, avoir une présentation soignée et de bonnes compétences relationnelles pour correspondre aux attentes d’une clientèle haut de gamme. Ses qualités organisationnelles sont également un élément clé. L’anglais est un atout indispensable pour réussir dans ce poste.
Il/elle est sous la responsabilité de l’encadrement de son service : Superviseurs, Assistant(e)s de Direction et Chef de Service. Il/elle travaille en étroite collaboration avec les différents départements de l’hôtel.
