You’ll greet guests warmly, guide them through the spa facilities, and assist with their needs to create a serene and welcoming environment. Throughout the day, you’ll support therapists, manage linen inventory, respond to guest requests, and ensure that all areas remain immaculate. Whether folding towels, maintaining the pool’s water quality, or providing personalized attention to guests, your role is essential in delivering a seamless and luxurious wellness experience.Job SummaryThe Spa Attendant is a vital member of the spa team, responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the spa, pool, and fitness center areas. In addition to preparing and restocking supplies, this role involves welcoming guests, assisting with their needs, and ensuring a smooth operation. The Spa Attendant plays a key role in upholding Rosewood’s reputation for luxury and service excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience:

• Welcome and escort guests through the spa facilities with warmth and professionalism.
• Provide information about spa offerings, services, and amenities.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of all guests’ belongings.
• Develop professional relationships with spa guests and members, enhancing their overall experience.

Operational Excellence:

• Perform opening and closing cleaning duties in the spa, pool, and fitness areas.
• Maintain proper linen use, folding, and inventory, ensuring all areas are stocked and organized.
• Regularly check the water quality in the pool and jacuzzi, making necessary corrections to ensure safety and comfort.
• Prepare wellness areas for the next day, ensuring all spaces are guest-ready.
• Report maintenance deficiencies promptly to management and handle guest requests efficiently.

Standards and Compliance:

• Ensure the wellness area is always tidy and serene, with no items left out of place.
• Follow all health and safety standards, ensuring a relaxed and secure environment for guests.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
• Work closely with therapists and other team members to maintain seamless service flow.
