That’s why we need a SOX Project Manager like you.MissionThe SOX Project Manager tracks, maintains, and reports the status of the projects and initiatives under assignment.What your responsibilities will be

• Lead the development, documentation, and evolution of projects and initiatives aligned with business and IT strategies and ensure regulatory compliance
• Analyse the scope, requirements, and possible changes of the SOX audit to see if it affects the controls or the evidence.
• Leverage changes and adapt them to the control or the way of obtaining evidence.
• Identify all the necessary evidence to execute the audit and analyse changes compared to previous years.
• Identify all the stakeholders associated with each control.
• Analyses scenarios to extract possible evidence for each control
• Coordinate with the external auditor to provide the necessary evidence in each audit Round.
• Ensure the alignment with the SOX during all the audit process and the controls life cycle.
• Support stakeholders during the audit process and to obtain evidence.
• Check that the generated evidence complies with the guidelines of the SOX and with the stipulated requirements in the audit controls.
• Coordinate and centralize governance of all the audit process with the external auditors, as well as the resolution of all the external auditor petitions.
• Perform tailored training and create specific guides if needed.
• Participate in the education of partners in industry and IT best practices in areas of responsibility and expertise
• Mentor peers and junior level staff with both challenging and routine assignments by sharing knowledge and experience
• Build effective and trusting working relationships with all business and IT partners in areas of responsibility and collaboration

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/IT Engineering or related technical field or relevant work experience
• High Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002
• High knowledge of SOX
• Knowledge of Project Management life-cycle
• Regulatory audit response knowledge
• Written and spoken communications in English
