Position: Sous Chef

Location: Restaurant in Cromer

Working Hours: Full-time position available

Salary: Dependant on experience

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our permanent Kitchen team at our restaurant in Cromer. As a Sous Chef, your role is critical to the smooth running of our meal time service and the overall dining experience.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

* Assist the Head Chef in menu creation and development
* Good organisational skills
* Works well under pressure
* Deputise in absence of the Senior Chef
* Lead by example
* Management of the junior chefs
* Punctual and reliable
* Problem solving
