Todos los profesionales y empresas del Grupo Planeta compartimos unos principios que tienen como base las personas, la ética, la calidad y la excelencia en el trabajo.Descripción de la ofertaIn we are looking for a Sourcing Specialist for the Collectibles Division.Goal of the position:Work with Product Development, Marketing, and Editorial teams to ensure that products are developed on time and within budget. Support the Head of Sourcing with decisions on assignments, tenders, and cost analysis.Responsabilities:

  • Supplier Management:
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and ensure timely execution of projects.
  • Ensure product development aligns with cost and time targets, managing approvals and feedback during the process.
  • Oversee development timelines and coordinate daily communications with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Identify new suppliers for innovative solutions, alternative products, and competitive pricing.
  • Provide cost estimates to Marketing during the initial product phase.
  • Prepare and run tenders, propose bidders, and support the Head of Sourcing in final decisions.
  • Assist or lead negotiations.
  • Product Quality and Certification:
  • Define product quality and certification needs with the QA & QC manager.
  • Communication with Teams:
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Editor and Project Managers to share cost details and minimize deviations.
  • Ensure project costs are accurately updated in the system for timely procurement.

Geographical Scope:
Europe, LATAM, USA, Australia, South Africa.RequisitosWhat we would like to see in your CV?

  • Higher education
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience is required
  • Advanced level of english required
  • BI Tools
  • MS Excel
  • SAP ERP System is a plus
  • Experience working internationally, particularly in China, is preferred

Soft Skills:

  • Negotiation: Skilled in cost, delivery, and service negotiations in an international environment.
  • Sourcing: Expertise in using various sourcing methods and quickly identifying potential suppliers.
  • Contract Management: Ability to track contract expirations and renewals.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong teamwork and relationship management skills.
