- Drive workstreams in strategic sourcing projects within Novo Nordisk procurement and contribute proactively to ensuring R&D Procurement drives effective sourcing processes according to defined Category Strategies.
- Manage project-related stakeholders, ensuring alignment of expectations and objectives.
- Prepare and complete communication with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, as well as analyze tender material, including sourcing scenario creation.
- Maintain an understanding of global procurement and Novo Nordisk business needs.
- Identify improvement opportunities and participate in project initiation tasks, such as pre-analysis, proposals, and business cases.
- Provide input and support relevant category manager on supplier performance and category strategy.
QualificationsWe are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Law, or another relevant field of study.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience, including demonstrated experience with sourcing toolbox, project management toolbox and senior stakeholders’ management.
- Prior experience in a strategic sourcing/procurement organization, alongside with the ability to convey complex messages in a simple way.
- Strong passion for data analytics.
- Strong stakeholder and change management capabilities.
