Work Flexibility: HybridWe are looking for a Sourcing Lead Analyst in Warsaw to join our Global Sourcing Team. Reporting to the Director of Global Sourcing, you will be entrusted to manage a portfolio of suppliers (packaging) that feed our manufacturing sites in Germany and Switzerland.What you will do:Supplier Relationship:– Building and maintaining relationships with existing suppliers– Support cost saving initiatives and measures as well as drive own cost saving project– Negotiating contracts, prices and delivery term– Perform regular supplier reviews and on-site visitsRisk and Compliance Management:– Identifying and managing risks associated with the supply chain.– Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.​Reporting :– Develop, run and distribute regular reportings.– Support and ensure that PPV reporting is executed in line with Stryker Global Sourcing processes and annual standard cost setting guidance is followed

– Communicate key supplier management updates and decisions to multiple levels in the organization.​Continuous improvement programs, addressing Quality, Service and Cost.​What you need​Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain management or other commercial areasFluency in English is a must, Polish &/or German would be a plus.Knowledge of ERP systems, data management and supply chain softwareStrategic ThinkingCommunicationAnalytic Skills for evaluating market trends and supplier dataInterpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external teamsProblem Solving and AdaptibilityFinance basicsTravel Percentage: None
