You will be part of the A-team, Sopra Steria’s global agility community of practice, and you will be spreading Agile culture and ways of working across the organisation.Your mission as Senior Project Manager / Senior Scrum Master

• An understanding of the human and cultural challenges posed by a digital transformation process with proven communication skills.
• Organizing a clear communication – work closely with the customer (C-level) about the program and projects delivery
• Understanding of how digital transformation in the public sector can positively influence decision making and process efficiency at all levels of an organization.
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies at project and programme levels, ideally demonstrated by one or more certifications such as Prince2 for Agile, Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), PMI-ACP, or SAFe by equivalent.
• + 3 Years’ of practical experience in software development is an advantage.
• Good understanding of distributed systems and Web technologies.
• Through your consulting assignments, you will spread the Agile values and principles by using conviction and diplomacy.
• Helping the Agile Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items.
• Working close with clients, product owners, and team members on a daily basis to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Managing the productivity of the team and continuously challenge the way of working.
• Working closely with the technical lead to ensure that the technical strategy is followed and in alignment with the program level.

Your profile

• More 10 years’ experience as Project Manager / Scrum Master.
• Having strong technical affinity in IT and familiar with Public sector.
• Interacting with external stakeholders.
• Be motivational and transform the way of working by your leadership.
• Having experience in one or more of the following roles: consultant, Business Analyst, Project Manager, product owner, product specialist, project coordinator.
• You are fluent in Dutch and French with excellent knowledge in English.
• You are result driven, customer-oriented and have an entrepreneurial mindset as well as a sense of commitment.
